Kristi has been teaching tap for 13 years. She began her extensive dance training in tap, ballet and jazz at Jennifer´s Dancing Studio with Jennifer Harris when she was 6 years old and remained there for 10 years. She has also studied dance at Steps NYC, Encore Dance Studio and ballet with Phyllis Papa. Later, while working on her Elementary Education degree at Stockton College, she began teaching tap and competition classes at The Rehearsal Hall, Inc. and continued her training under Verna Pharo Yezo, a former Radio City Music Hall Rockette. Kristi has won many competitions for her award winning choreography. Kristi is a former NJ Starlet and has appeared in the televised show "Al Albert´s Showcase" and two March of Dimes specials. She has also performed with the Atlantic Contemporary Ballet in the "Nutcracker" and in "Pipin" at the Surflight Theater. She danced with the Delbert Anderson Dancers at the Sands and Merv Griffin Resort´s Casino. Kristi is the Artistic Director of the Summer Dance Enrichment Workshop sponsored by the Stafford Township Education Foundation. Kristi is presently a fourth grade teacher at the McKinley Avenue School in Stafford Township. We welcome Kristi to Spotlight Academy and congratulate her on a terrific first year!

Kerri started dancing at The Rehearsal Hall, in Manahawkin when she was 6 years old and continues to study all forms of dance. She also trained at Encore productions in Absecon and participates in workshops and independent classes at Broadway Dance Center in New York City. Kerri was a member of the Shore Ballet Company in Red Bank for many years dancing in The Nutcracker and has performed with the New Jersey Starlets. She was a cast member in the annual Christmas Show at the Tropicana for 3 years. In addition to various competitions throughout the years, Kerri continues to perform in various events throughout the Atlantic City and Philadelphia area. She has had the opportunity to work with choreographers such as Amy Marshall, Christian Vonhoward, Karla Wolfangle and Leda Meredith. Kerri has graduated from the Richard Stockton College of NJ with a degree in Biology and Dance, and is currently attending Neumann University where she is pursuing a doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Jillian has been dancing since the age of 3 and has performed in various recitals, fundraisers and competitions with Spotlight Academy. She graduated with both Cum Laude Honors and a Program Distinction in the Arts from the Richard Stockton College of NJ majoring in Dance Performance. While at Stockton, Jillian has had the opportunity to work with various choreographers including Karla Wolfangle, Amy Marshall, Scott Rink, Ruth Andrien and Tabatha Robinson-Scott. She has also performed in "Female Persuasions" as a guest artist with the Monarch Dance Company in Philadelphia. She continues to train at Broadway Dance Center in New York City. Jillian has had the pleasure of choreographing for Spotlight Academy´s Competition Team for the past few years and has won various high score and special awards at numerous competitions. Jillian recently returned to school to pursue a degree in education at Stockton. She is currently performing in events with Moxie Entertainment in Atlantic City & Philadelphia.
